You mark a property as requiring screening. Applicants consent in their application, Checkr runs the background and credit check and emails them their own copy, and the result lands on the application for you.

Can applicants prove their income?

Yes — applicants can upload a recent paystub and a bank transaction download. PlainSight extracts and cross-checks the income figures and shows you whether they corroborate, next to the rent-to-income ratio.

What does it cost?

Creating an account and managing properties is free. Screening reports and ACH payment processing carry per-use fees.

Can several applicants apply together?
